A Trusted Interventional Psychiatry Partner for Your Patients
When a patient isn't improving adequately with medication and psychotherapy, iChange Wellness Center provides access to specialized interventional psychiatric treatments while supporting the patient's established treatment relationships.
Our goal is not to replace the referring provider.
We serve as an interventional extension of your treatment team.
Patients referred to iChange Wellness Center may continue their ongoing psychiatric care, psychotherapy, and other treatment with their established clinicians while we provide the specialized intervention.
We communicate with referring providers, coordinate treatment when appropriate, and help transition patients back to their established care team following treatment.
When to Refer
Consider an iChange consultation when your patient:
- Has persistent depressive symptoms despite adequate medication trials
- Has experienced intolerable medication side effects
- Has treatment-resistant major depressive disorder
- Has responded only partially to medication and psychotherapy
- Is interested in non-systemic treatment options
- May be a candidate for Deep TMS
- May be a candidate for Spravato® (esketamine)
- Has OCD that has not responded adequately to conventional treatment
- Requires evaluation for an interventional psychiatry treatment option

Proliv®Rx Treatment
Proliv®Rx expands access to neuromodulation for appropriate adults with major depressive disorder who have not achieved satisfactory improvement with antidepressant medication.
Unlike clinic-based neuromodulation, Proliv®Rx is a physician-directed treatment designed for use at home or in the clinic.
For appropriate patients, iChange Wellness Center can provide evaluation, treatment oversight, monitoring, and coordination with the referring clinician.
This provides another potential treatment pathway for patients who may benefit from neuromodulation but for whom frequent in-office treatment may be difficult.
