At iChange Wellness Center, treatment is individualized based on diagnosis, previous treatment history, clinical needs, and lifestyle. We offer both insurance-based conventional TMS and advanced accelerated treatment options.

Typical course: 30–36 treatments over approximately 6–8 weeks

Using BrainsWay Deep TMS technology, treatment is delivered five days per week with a tapering schedule when clinically indicated.

Patient responsibility depends on individual:

Full treatment course: $9,000

Designed for patients who prefer not to use insurance or who do not meet their insurance plan's medical-necessity requirements.

An intensive treatment option designed to deliver multiple iTBS treatments each day rather than spreading treatment over several weeks.

Program includes:

• Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
• TMS eligibility assessment
• Motor-threshold determination and treatment mapping
• Accelerated iTBS treatment course
• Multiple treatment sessions per day
• Physician oversight
• Depression symptom monitoring
• Post-treatment follow-up

Treatment duration: Approximately 5 days

Accelerated TMS is generally offered as a self-pay treatment and may not be covered by insurance.
